Should not matter much, but the 6-speed is computer limited to a top end of 130mph [HR rated tires] where the automatic is 149 mph. I read about this in my friends car and driver or road and track. it was a late 94 issue. Not many times that you will need to go above 130 mph. The 0-60 for the 6 speed was faster.

I am looking at a 95 540 6sp that recently came into the Denver area from Dallas. It is Black w Tan and has aftermarket rims. About 69,000 miles. Seems to be in good shape. The dealer has already detailed it so I have no idea what shape it was in before they prepped it. The vin # is WBAHE5329SGA64109. Does anybody know this 540? Any info would be helpful. I currently have a near flawless, almost identical 94 540ia. I am leery to trade up because I know my car so well and have less than 10,000 on the new block. I was also under the impression that most of the 6sp 540s were "Sport" models. This car is not a full sport package. I am curios to know what the differences are. Does the 6sp not have traction control or sport mirrors? Does it have the self leveling rear suspension? There are a few other oddities I noticed. Thanks in advance for any information provided.
