Installation of my Euro taillights and turnsignals (archive)

I just got my European style taillights and front turn signal assemblies, how do i got about removing the old ones and putting in the new ones? Is it a simple procedure or should i get it professionaly done?

They are going on a 1990 535iM

ALSO does anyone know where i can get european spec bumper trim, i live in california, is there an internet companyi can order it from, or a place i can go to?
