lighted shift knob installation (archive)

how do install the lighted shift knob?
i saws one on ebay and i just bidded on them.
Does any of you guys knows how to do the install?

Any help will be appeciated once it is gotten.

IMPORTANT INFO:
this is going on my 525i which is a stick shifts not on my 535i which is the automatic gear change because this knob is only for the stick shifts.
