How to set wiper speed? (archive)

I bet most of you don't know, but your wipers have a programmable wiper speed for the intermittent position. My question is how to set this each time. I have so far did it once by luck. I set it to 3 seconds instead of the normal 6 seconds. To set i think you have to switch the wipers on wait the time you want to set switch off then back on again. Does anyone know exactly how to do it?
