the Canadians and Australians, English and anybody else I left out don't have autozones, so they cant get the repair cds that autozone sells that have the technical service bulletins on them.
I offered to purchase, register and send them to them. The only restriction is its us models only. No 518s,520s,524tds listed on the cds. It runs on windows and its 19.95 from autozone. A lot of the photos and info are straight out of the factory manuals. reproduction quality on the photos sucks, but the factory manual photos suck too. It fills a lot of voids on the bentley manuals and allows you to print out sections of the manual to take out and work on the car. You dont even care if they get greasy. Same thing with wiring diagrams.

Bill, I must of missed your posting on this. Do you have any additional details on this CD. Price? Years covered? Popular Mechanics URL or ordering info.
Thanks
theirs soon....
Bill
The Popular Mechanics CD Rom is excellent and a worthy addition to the Bentley. Thanks for going to all the trouble.
On behalf of myself and, I am sure, many others thank you for your posts. Your experience and knowledge is greatly appreciated on both sides of the Pacific.
Regards
Quentin
