Well, you're right - I have the same complex. I'm thinking of getting some alpinas but the shame of being an imposteur prevents me from doing so.

I did think about getting the Alpinas but something in me says that mounting Alpina wheels (with the Alpina emblem on them) on a 520iT is sort of like (although not as bad as) getting an M5 badge and sticking it on a 518.
That probably sounds really stupid, but that's the way I feel. (No flames please) :-)
