I installed mine on my '90 535 a few months ago. Installation was pretty straightforward, although the rears require moving a diff brace and dropping the exhaust a couple of inches to slide the old bar out and the new bar in.

I've got mine set in the middle in the front, and the full soft in the rear. I haven't changed my adjustment setting yet; I'm pretty happy with it. It's unlikely that I'll change settings very often - more a case of finding the right setting and then sticking with it. My assessment: big reduction in body roll without much change to the ride.

FYI, I'd strongly recommend starting out at the SOFT setting in the rear. The stiff setting in the rear will make the car overstear more, which is fine as long as you know it's coming....
