How are you? Long time no hear! the sound you hear is very normal. This can be heard on a new 7 series up to a degree. It's just the clutch on the AIR CON compressor engaging. The vibration you feel is the engine trying to adjust itself to the extra load put on it by the AIR CON. With air-cons, if it aint broke dont fix it. Thats my outlook on it anyways. Not much you can do. Change the compressor and thats about it.
