Could be a number of things, did you pull the clutch out too quickly? :o) First thing I would check is the fuel filter, a clogged one will cause this until enough pressure builds up to by-pass the junk in the filter.

WTB: '92ish 525/5 or '90ish 535i/5

When backing out of my garage this morning, my 95 525i stalled. It was cold (<32 degrees), and this only seems to happen when the car and the temperature are both cold. Does anyone know if this is a common condition? Any help would be greatly appreciated before spending too much at the dealer. Thanks!
