Did it with a friend in his garage, he has torches.
We heated up the nuts on the manifold studs and dropped the entire exhaust as one piece. The 02 sensor was seized and came off in pieces. The part that threaded on the cat fused into the threads. We retaped it with a spark plug tap. I had to grind the inside of his 02 socket (Snap-On) so the body of the new sensor would fit inside. It took us about 2 hours.

Did you do it yourself? Or should I have a mechanic do it? If you did it, how long did it take?
