Sounds like you are happy with your car and, basically, it is in very good condition. Without knowing everything about your car, my feeling is that you should stick with the 'devil you know' and get your car up to peak condition and how you want it, especially if you intend on keeping it for another 100k or so!

You could always forgo the new rims and search around for a used set saving yourself some serious moolah for engine upgrades!!
