dinan just doesn't hand out or sell their badge. you basically gotta earn it by taking your car through various dinan stages and buying dinan parts.

here in the bay area you'll see a bimmer with a dinan badge every once in a while, maybe because dinan is in mt view, about 10 minutes away from where i live. there's actually a red dinan e34 touring not too far from where i live.

anyway, $600 is crazy. he should've just put his money into buying dinan parts and earned it that way. the way i see it, if he can spend $600 and a badge, i'm sure he can spend a lot more on the real parts.
