Very easy - I have had some of mine out 3 times in a month checking for oil in the plug holes. If you find any appreciable quantity of oil in the spark plug holes, you will need a valve cover gasket, which is a more intimidating, but still simple job.

Use some dielectric grease on the inside of the plug boots so they don't bake onto the plugs. The nuts for the coils are NOT torqued hard. Pretty much the whole top half of the engine comes off with a 10mm socket - less chance to drop errant bits on the paint!
