I have cross-drilled on my MB for 5 years, and they are awesome... I haven't change my pad until just recently. Zero warping on cross drilled. Slightly noisier in low pitch sound... under hard braking... sound like when the plane stepped on the brake immediately after landing... but not that loud... a fraction of that. Pad I used is PBR MetalMaster... now I am using Axxis MetalMaster. It doesn't eat rotors... I can attest to that.

I will be installing the Powerdisc on my 540i. The pads I will be using is Axxis MetalMaster. My driving habit is strictly street.
