try holding the cassette "door" open and carefully insert a butter knife under the tape (if accessible) and pull up slowly to dislodge the tape. If the tape moves upward try the eject button right away, hopefully it will eject. I had this hapen on a Kenwood radio a few times and this did the trick. Good luck.
