I'm taking my 530iA in for a leakdown test next Thursday. When I bought the car, the owner told me that the engine had been rebuilt. I quickly skimmed over the list of repairs and replacements. Yep, it had work done on it. Gaskets replaced, cylinders replaced...

But what I didn't notice is that the *BLOCK* hadn't been replaced. How insane is that? Man, if this engine winds up failing the leakdown test, heads will get flown.

On a lighter note, when I walked out of the dealer's place towards my car, a dude in an old skool E30 M3 parked next to me. He had big M-striping, loads of mods, and a nice, shiny Dinan badge on the trunk. Nice.

Your E34 would look better if you lowered your front springs, the gap in your wheel well looks bad. I put H&R springs on and improved looks and handling
