I believe that the tack should 3000 rpms at 80 miles per hour. So at 70 it should be 7/8 of 3000 or about 2625 (it may be a little higher than this). This is with the car in the
E D mode. It will tack higher in S D or E 3 etc.

I will post again if after driving my car I feel that these numbers are in error.

One thing that yiou may want to try is drive you car to 70 in S D and then switch to E D and verify that the tack goes down. This is equivlant to switching from 3rd to 4th.
