Anybody use a shock installation kit from bav auto (archive)

I seen a shock installation kit in their catalog, $50 for fronts, $80 for the rear.(US currency) They didn't specify what it consisted of. I'm wondering if this is something I'll need when I do the Sach's strut/spring installation. Can anybody help? As always, thanks for your posts..
