Yesterday, while trying to find a rattle I noticed that the right rear interior light near the passengers right ear was a suspect. I removed the light and while I was giving it a shaking test, it was flickering. I put some duct tape on it to silence the rattle and reinstalled it. During the time that I had the light out, the interior lights went out. Now, the interior lights do not come on when I open any door or activate/deactivate the door locks with the remote. The switch in the overhead is in the correct position. The lights do function when I activate the overhead switch to the "ON" position. The fuse is OK, the lights are OK and there definately is current. It's just that the door opening that should turn the interior lights on doesnt work. Please help and thanx in advance.
