Powdering is applied with "electrostatic powder" The paint is applied in powder form with the article to be painted grounded. This makes the powder go into most knooks and crannies (although they don't ground it if there are 'holes' in the item...long story). Once the powder is applied it is baked in a 395 degree oven for about 20 minutes... great finish... hard to chip...etc etc.
