About 1 week ago my front passenger side tire hit a pot hole and eversince I kept hearing a noise in the front end. Today I took the car to the dealer and they told me that my front right shock needed to be replaced. Do I need to replace the other side? I had the Bilstein Sport Short Shocks installed about 2 years ago, I thought these things take a lickin' and keep on tickin', and now I can't find my sales receipt. The company I purchased the shocks from are no longer in business. What's Bilsteins Policy? Do I need to go through Bilstein for the Warranty? Or am I SOL? Help needed.
