you don't have it you usually get someone to stick a large screwdriver in the flywheel teeth and hold it for you while you loosen the bolts. On the seal, they also make a special deep driver. I usually just use a large wooden dowel carefully tapping around the seal to push it in evenly.

Here they are and yes, they're probably dumb questions:

How do you lock the flywheel to unbolt the pressure plate?

How do you drive a new transmission oil seal into place? The manual isn't very clear about this step.
