I got this bulb installed in my low beam (9005 of course) and I am impressed with the whiteness of the bulb... no hint of blue at all. This is like the HO version of Phillip. The HO version of Phillip is just slightly higher wattage... for example... instead of original 45 or 51 watt, their bulb is 55 watt.

Sylvania Cool Blue is xenon enhanced halogen bulb. There is no or tiny blue tint on the bulb itself.
