Actually I went to an "auto paint" supplier... asked if they had sold any powder supplies locally... that will lead you to whoever does it in your area. Most cities should have a couple few places.
Save money by cleaning and smoothing yourself... I bought used parts at wreckers and had some time to spend on the stuff... then will change them over and do the old ones. Will have the stuff on ebay when I'm done.
