No need to remove grill to adjust. Look closely, there is one vertical and one horzontal "hole" per each light. You will need a long thin phillips head screwdriver to turn the screws. For reference, look behind the lights, you will see the back side of the adjustment screws. Sorry, no picture for this.

I need help on adjusting the headlights, I have a wide grill if that matters, I was wondering do I need to remove the grill, and where are the darn adjustment screws? I really couldnt find any info in Bentley?
