I went to the stealer asking exactly what I need to convert, they gave me this quote:
part num / desc / price
41-61-8-137-997 / Hood / $533.50
51-13-8-170-096 / Covering / $121.40
51-13-8-148-725 / Decorative / $34.00
51-13-8-148-727 / Grille center / $34.30
51-13-8-186-442 / Grille, right / $82.60
51-13-8-186-441 / Grille, left / $82.60
51-13-8-148-726 / Decorative / $34.00
Total $922.40. I don't recall what 'decorative' was, perhaps some trim pieces. A bit pricey, I'm shopping junkyards trying to find an intact wide grill bimmer they'll sell. Found a few, but they don't wanna sell the parts I need, grrr.
where'd you get it and what'd you pay?
No need to remove grill to adjust. Look closely, there is one vertical and one horzontal "hole" per each light. You will need a long thin phillips head screwdriver to turn the screws. For reference, look behind the lights, you will see the back side of the adjustment screws. Sorry, no picture for this.

I need help on adjusting the headlights, I have a wide grill if that matters, I was wondering do I need to remove the grill, and where are the darn adjustment screws? I really couldnt find any info in Bentley?
