I have a 1991 525i.The steering feels heavy (slow speed only 1---5mph)and does not return to center after making a sharp turn (unless I help it along). The power steering fluid is up to the correct level and I don't get any squeals or noises at full lock and I have checked tire pressure. I just had the lower and upper
control arms changed and this started happening.
