FWIW, I would like to second Micah's post. I gave up with calling stealers looking for racks and went to REI to find what feet fit my '95 525iTa. Turns out the #369 feet will fit and I found them online at www.ageebike.com for $87. 50" bars are $36, and there you go, a rack for ~$130. They also have all the bike/ski etc. fittings you might need. All the usual disclaimers apply, just a happy customer, having avoided the dealer again....
The feet have a thin rubberized coating over a thin metal spade-like foot that sits in the rain gutter and clamps down over the edge of the gutter. Compression of the weatherstripping on top of the door is minimal when the door closes over the clamp. Works well enough for me, and gives enough clearance with my sunroof.
