Any idea on how long they will last on dry pavement with normal mixed city/highway driving? I'm trying to decide weather to put them on/off the car or just leave them on.

If you have a floor jack, a heated garage, a torque wrench, and a weatherman who is good at predicting snow and sleet, my advice is to swap them out whenever you have a spell of good weather.

At the very least, you should take them off as soon as the weather starts to turn nicer.

The Blizzaks wear very quickly and the particular model you have uses a microcell design on the outer 55 percent of the tread and then an ordinary all-season compound for the rest. If you want them to last several winters, you should swap back and forth.
