brown connector going into the panel. The instrument panel troubleshooting sheet says to check the contacts on the coding plug. Possible corrosion or bad concact.

There's no such thing like CP in 1988 instrument panel. I completely forgot the fact so felt uncofortable with the situation why I didn't check CP first... The panel still troubled with amnesia... Will go on.
