Autothority Chip - Very good, passed GA emmissions, I've read where Jim C. fails at times.
B&B Exhaust - TOO LOUD, stay with OEM (flow is outstanding), unless you want different sound - Remus/supersprint seem to get comparable reviews.
K&N - Buy Cold air box/ heat shield. Loses HP in engine heat. Also some concern about filtering versus paper. Jim C. Wrote about this on a test he did.

My experience:
Perf was beter. Noise from B&B, way too loud. Took it off and reinstalled OEM unit.
