Does anybody run 100 watt H1's in their elipsoid fog lights? Is it safe to do so? If so, was there enough of an improvement to justify doing it? Also, is there anything that can be done to adjust the beam pattern (ie. modify the internal shield).

Lastly, has anybody installed rear fog lights? Is there a URL that goes step by step? Parts, cost?
