I would try disconnecting the battery cables and see if this would perhaps assist with resetting things. If you do this don't forget to have your radio code handy so you can get your radio back on-line.
rpm's extremely high up to 3500 before trans prog comes on. Problems started same day I attempted to give someone a boost directly from battery under rear seat. Hazard lights came on automatically and door locks begun to behave erractically when I attempt to use remote to lock. Cleared hazard lights with console switch. Played with locks and think I have them working ok again. Dealer says fault code indicates either fluif level, speed sensor or tranny. Tech says it is the tranny because if it was sensors, trans prog would stay on and not reset once key removed. Is this true?
I have a friend who is a tech who explained that the hazard lights are part of rollover feature that kicks on hazard lights and unlocks doors. I must have triggered somehow. Is there any signal also sent to tranny that could cause symptoms that I am experiencing? I called my tech friend who said he wasn't aware of any but would check when he goes back to work next week. Any thoughts?
