You have to change the whole grill: $200 and the hood. Then you just remove your hood, your old grill then you put the new one in place. You will have to paint the new hood and the new grill frame.
This is an expensive upgrade if your grill is not damaged (because of an encounter with a wall on the 401 for example).

I will work today on a page on my website with all the part numbers.
