Using the instructions from the URL below, I attached my garage door opener to the wiper stalk phone switch. Wires are located in the center console, and you can hide the opener under the center console too.

Now I can open/close my garage door by pressing in on the wiper stalk. Furthermore, the remote is now powered by the car battery, so there's no more batteries to replace!

Now that almost everyone has replaced their old analog phones with portable digital or multi band phones, what has everyone done with the phones that came frome the factory in e-34's???

Is their something that can go into factory position in car? How easy is removal of system?
