Make sure you have coolant, and you dont have any leaks. Other than that, you may have clogged passaged in your cooling system or radiatior. Have your mechanic do a pressure/leak check if all else fails.

Check your fan clutch, and all belts.

Also, it wouldnt be a bad idea to replace your radiator if you still have the original.
