If you can call buy a list of parts a kit, then yes the rear headrests come in a kit. I ordered the parts this weekend from my stealer, oops excuse me that should be typed "dealer". Anyhow, the parts are to arrive this Wednesday (1/24) and with any luck I should have the installation complete by Saturday. I will take some before and after photos of the installation for the board.
