Good Deal on '94 525i? (archive)

I have the opportunity to buy a 1994 525i with 60K miles; equipment includes 6-disc cd, premium, traction and automatic. Body is in great shape -- no dings, original paint and no body work as far as I can tell. Durign test drive, car drove well except for some wind noise above 45 mph and a slight vibration when releasing the accelerator. Asking price is $16K; I think $14.5K is the right number.

Any thoughts? Price? Things to look for in a 1994 525i?
