Apparently Bob Dole has been re-re-invigorated by a new blue friend, this time Pepsi. Great commericial playing on his viagra ads. He does a backflip for the girls on the beach. What a stud!

Volkswagon GTI commercial - thumbs down

"The Running of the Squirrels" - a takeoff on the running of the bulls in Pamplona - VERY funny and well done - idea being that you must watch out for the small, nimble competitors rather than the big, lumbering ones. Don't remember what company (not a good ad!)

"What are YOU doing?" White-bread takeoff on the WHASSUP ads - yuppie types saying "What are YOU doing?!" "Watching the market recap, drinking an import!" "Correct! That's Correct!" "HEY CHAD! Pick up the Cordless!" "What are you DOING!?" You get the idea - making fun of those of us who are irrevokably tied to the market and do NOT drink Bud. True.

I missed 2 good ones - some alien-dog thing, all he learned was "WHASSUP!!!" and a Bud light spot that involved a pencil thrown into someone's anus. Have to catch that on a rerun.

Lots of good movie trailers.

Oh, and that Ravens' Defense? Smothering.
