Inner Door Panel and Window Question (archive)

I dug around in the ETK, but there are A LOT of different door panels available, color/leather/vynil/cloth/power window/wood/etc/etc. None of the parts #'s match up exactly, but

1) Are the Touring rear inner door panels the same as the Sedan (provided you found the same color/leather/wood options)?

2) Are the up/down window portions of the rear door the same, so one could use the rear window guides from a sedan on a Touring?

Visually, I think the only diff is the rearmost part of the window, where the sedan is round and the Touring is straight. My eye may be mistaken.....
