Probably not. I measured my 535i sedan and the 530iT. The top portion of the door panel is definitely longer on the sedan. The lower portion (from the wood trim down) seems to be the same.

2) Are the up/down window portions of the rear door the same, so one could use the rear window guides from a sedan on a Touring?

The rear windows (at least the part that goes up/down) are smaller on the Touring.
