He just kept on telling his 2 cars that where in the lead to "keep it low in the corners"

Back at lap 175 when the other big crash happened [16 cars] Dale was talking to Pilgram[?] [the guy that was on the same team as him in the 24 hour race] Just joking around and asking him if he had any tips for Dale in the closing laps. The last thing I heard on the scanner was his owner saying "Dale talk to us if you are alright" He never answered.

Got back to my parents house after the race and about 6:15pm the nieghbor [fireman] came over and told me that Dale didn't make it. Waited almost another hour to hear it on the TV. Still didn't believe it.

Went back to the track today and said goodbuy to the Man who was the reason that I have been going to races for, for the last 11 years.



Earnheart died in a last lap crash today at the daytona 500

I'm not a big NASCAR fan, but still what a crush
