In Reply to: How do you bleed the Hydraulic clutch?? HELP!!! posted by jon on February 25, 2001 at 19:59:38:

store kind, then you suck all the fluid out of the master cylinder with it, careful not to get any on the paint as it will remove it. Then add fresh brake fluid to the reservoir topping it off. Then open the bleeder valve on the slave cylinder and attach a hose to it and insert in a glass bottle with some fluid in int. Have someone push the pedal to the floor. Close the valve and have them pull the pedal back up. It will stay on the floor and have to be pulled up by hand. Repeat open valve and push pedal to the floor ,close valve raise pedal off of the floor. Top off fluid as needed. Don't let it get low. When you have removed all the old and only clean fluid is coming out you're done.
My 530 clutch is sick, how do I replace the fuild and bleed?

thanks
jon
