I just got a 2nd hand 92 525 and I was wondering how to work all the stuff in there. My main concern is there's this switch by the auto gear box that says A and M, what do these do? Is there an auto and manual mode? Thanx.

also find an owners manual I read that if you contact bmw north america they will send you one.I have a 5 speed so someone can enlighten you on shifting the auto but your correct about the lock out on the sport mode.The bentley's is just under $50 and is worth every penny.Can be found all over the web.
