Mirrors/Phone/ASC Problems (archive)

The BMW phone turns on and off when it wants to, the ASC overide button does the same and the mirrors intermittantly flip down when I go into reverse, could all three be interrelated? I'm thinking that they are all reside in the console that there may be a bad ground?. Or do I have bigger problems than I think. A Bently's is on its way.
