My front passenger seal shrunk and wouldn't fit in the upper rear corner. Cut it at the bottom and refit at the rear top and then downwards. Haven't had the need to get a new one.

My rear seals are shrinking - I think the estimate was $60 ea or so. Dealership also mentioned cutting in an inconspicuous spot (like toward the bottom) and "stretching" them.

Have any of you guys replaced the door seal trim attached to the door jam. How much & where is the lowest cost place to buy? '92 535i
