Vibration is also in evidence in "D" drive at about 1000rpm on flat ground.

Transmission seems a little more confused since the fluid change. It's hunting for gearing a bit longer. I've managed to make it hang between shifts at speeds below 10mph, (evidenced by about a 300rpm increase in engine speed not linked to any forward progress).

Vibration may be caused by center bearing slop, unbalanced shaft, "U" joints, bad replacement guibo, or heaven forbid, the transmission? That's all I've gotten out of the archives.
