My vibration is only while backing down driveway, and only after a cold start.

Once warm it won't do it, plus I also have noticed higher idle revs since new guibo and O2 sensors. (used to be 600 now more like 800)

Maybe it is the center bearing, for now giving it 3 minutes to warm up in the morning (even in AZ weather) has been keeping it quiet.
