Sunroof won't slide open (archive)

Hi,
A couple of weekends ago I replaced my leaky heater core and had to remove the "+" terminal of my battery. I had my sunroof raised for the whole day and when I reconnected the battery and tried to close the sunroof it won't fully close on the passenger side rear edge. I tried to open it so it slides towards the rear but it won't do it. I can only operate the rear of the sunroof up/down. I can't get access to the sunroof headliner so I can slid it back and remove the clip holding the liner.
I don't experience any leaks at this time, but I sure want to be able to slide it open come spring and summer time. Please advice. Thanks in advance.
