Anybody know what will take this stuff off? It's like glued on. You can rub for eternity and it won't budge. The shock tower and valve cover are the worst. Trouble is, the shock tower is painted and the valve cover is aluminum...what's the best remedy?

Lots of comments, but no answers so far.
I have had success with Paint stripper on the rocker cover,
and acetone and elbow work on other bits.
Both of these will eat your plastic so be real careful.
The rocker cover is best left til your next valve adjustment and done off the car.

Good luck
